- General home repairs and assembly
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided free of charge before any work begins. Once an estimate is agreed upon, that price is what you pay — no hidden fees or surprise charges. Prices may vary based on scope, materials, or unforeseen conditions discovered during work. Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the job when requesting a quote
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area
- Secure pets during the service appointment
- Be present or designate a responsible adult during work
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed job, contact us within 7 days and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to workmanship only and does not cover pre-existing conditions or customer-supplied materials.
7. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work. We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards. Unpaid invoices may be subject to collection action.
8. Limitation of Liability
209 Handyman is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Insurance
209 Handyman carries general liability insurance for all jobs performed.
